a Thanksgiving recipe

Herb Roasted Turkey :
– With a kitchen brush, put the oil all over the turkey. This is going to help the herbs to stick well on the turkey. You can use the same brush when you put the herbs on the turkey. 
– Put the turkey on the back with the wings up, and put the onion, apple and lemon, sliced, in the turkey. 
– Tie the legs together , and put the turkey in a large roasting pan. 
– Add 2 cups of water, and place the pan in the oven for 45 min at 230°c, until the skin is golden.
– When the skin is golden, place a layer of foil on to cover your turkey and leave it in the oven for 1 more hour at 180°c
– When cooked, let it rest for 20min before serving. 

Gluten-free gravy :
– Melt the butter in a pan, and add gradually the GF flour. 
– When the mixture is a little yellow and thick, add the broth, and 2 tbsp of the turkey juice. 
– Stir well, until the mixture is homogeneous.
– Add the black pepper, the leaves and let it rest before serving.
